What actually is hypnosis? How does hypnosis feel? Am I completely gone in hypnosis? On this page ich I want to explain to you very briefly what hypnosis is, how it works and clarify the most frequently asked questions. If you still have questions or are still unsure, then give me a quick call - I look forward to every personal contact

  • What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is access via the conscious mind to the subconscious. This is where we store all our memories, experiences and attitudes, and this is also where our blockages or behavioral patterns are located, which prevent us from moving forward in life and from achieving our goals. The subconscious contains both the negative memories that lead to fears and our demotivators, i.e. "the weaker bastard". In hypnosis it is important to create access to the subconscious, whereby our "critical factor" - i.e. our waking logic - is switched off. In this way, we bypass the area within us that is responsible for critically questioning our actions. This offers the advantage that we can dissolve deep-rooted beliefs and anchor new behaviors. To do this, a trance state is induced in hypnosis. A state where we are detached, relaxed, and free of fear, and where we are more creative and imaginative. Through the hypnotic trance, the perception is focused on a specific idea, while the rest of the environment increasingly recedes into the background.
  • How does hypnosis feel?
Hypnosis feels a little different for everyone. Basically, hypnosis feels like a very relaxed state, maybe even like a light doze. Some feel a little lighter, some a little heavier, or some just calmer. We become more aware of our emotions and fully immerse ourselves in events. But very important: Even during the hypnosis you perceive yourself and the hypnosis, you will not "be gone" or not notice what we are doing in the hypnosis. You can also open your eyes, say something or stand up at any time. The fear of being at the mercy of the hypnotist is therefore unfounded. Let yourself be surprised how you perceive the hypnosis and enjoy this experience.
  • Is hypnosis dangerous?
No. Before each hypnosis, we carry out a comprehensive anamnesis, in which all contraindications that could possibly pose a health risk are queried (e.g. pregnancy, heart attack, etc.). You can therefore start a hypnosis session with absolute peace of mind. If you feel uncomfortable during hypnosis, you can enter into a dialogue or open your eyes at any time. You also don't have to be afraid that you won't be able to wake up from hypnosis - that's simply impossible. Also unfounded is the concern that you will tell your "darkest secrets". If you don't want to share something, you can always keep it to yourself. Of course, the quality of the session will benefit if the trust is high enough for you to be able to freely talk about feelings and images that arise.
  • Do I hear noises in hypnosis?
One of the most common misconceptions about hypnosis is that you can no longer hear sounds. This is absolutely wrong! After all, you want to continue hearing my voice. However, noise fades into the background and loses importance, and no longer feels disturbing.
  • Do I tell secrets in hypnosis?
No. You have full control, you are free to decide what you want to share with me and what not.
  • Does hypnosis always help?
As with any form of therapy, no promise of healing can be made. However, the chances of success are very high.
  • Can Anyone Be Hypnotized?
Yes! Any person who can understand my instructions is able to go into hypnosis. The only factor that can interfere with hypnosis is fear. So that you can start the hypnosis completely free of fear and even look forward to it, we conduct a detailed preliminary talk to create security and to clarify all questions.
  • Is stage hypnosis also hypnosis?
Yes! However, it differs from therapeutic hypnosis. My goal is not to immobilize you or make you eat a lemon :) Stage hypnosis is for entertainment and the test subjects are usually chosen very specifically. In our hypnosis we work together, talk to each other and interact. You remain in full control.

CUSTOMER REFERENCES

"I actually always described myself as a stable person, up until the famous 'droplet too many'. Since separating from my husband, my mental state has gotten progressively worse. I have questioned everything, no longer trusted anyone and withdrew. The hypnosis was the last resort for me and I am very grateful for this experience. Through hypnosis I found myself again and learned to be responsible for my own happiness. I was also able to successfully overcome fears of abandonment."

I look forward to hearing from you.
